We have business plan to make an eCommerce website designed for local shop owners and small businesses. The website would be based on city level and would grant the facility to local shop owners to reach more customers. Customers would have the facility to buy the product both offline and online (O2O). ie. the customer could either buy the product online form the website or could visit the store physically before picking up the product. This would increase the physical interaction and trust between both customer and a seller. Thus creating a win-win situation for both of them. This is just a basic layout of the plan. We would discuss the plan in more detail once we hire the people for it. Thus Being an Investor we need a complete consultation on 'Technology' and 'Business process' i.e from: -Website development. -How to onboard sellers. -How to manage the delivery part of the business. -To the payment gateway, Marketing and complete end-to-end solution of the business. This would be a big and a long term project so I would request only the Agencies or the individuals who have already practically done such projects from the ground level and have succeeded in generating massive amount of sales should apply for this project.
