code psd pages into html and css

Our in-house designer produces psd files using Photoshop. In order to let him focus on design we need someone to code up the pages into html and CSS. Our designer is good at coding html and css but there are simply too many pages. You will receive psd files designed sympathetically so coding is a straightforward affair. An example can be provided but assume they are relatively long and detailed pages. You will need to be excellent at html and CSS coding and we believe strongly that the CSS should control as much of the design element as possible. Speed is of the essence and we will need you to respond quickly and produce results quickly. Communicating with us on a daily basis with updates and feedback is critical. There are at least 20 pages to be coded but it could be as high as 60, although some of these will be using template pages and therefore less onerous. Please provide a quotation for coding up 20 pages for the initial project and a price per page for ongoing work. Project to commence immediately.
