convert joomla template to RTL

I need to convert the rockettheme affinity template to right to left version. What i want is the following 1- licene to use the affinity template from rockettheme. 2- convert the template from lrft to right(LTR) to right to left (RTL), i using it in Arabic website. 3- make the secuirty change need for the website. 4- remove the data from the websitt. 5- if you can write arabic, i need to change the logo to an Arabic one if you can not it is ok. Note: joomla is already instaled, but unlicened version of the template is installed
