We are seeking to develop a website to maintain the legacy of our college which closed in 1980. I have bought the domain name and we have bought the website development software from GoDaddy. Unfortunately, the volunteer developer we started with has gotten a full time job and is unable to help us now. We have two ideas - one in a PowerPoint slide that I made (I do not know how to use website development tools) and the one the volunteer started in the GoDaddy builder. We are looking to add a photo gallery, a section that would be password protected for different classes to access a blog where they could announce their class reunions or other information. We would have a history of the college and the religious orders which founded it, a newsletter, links to obtain transcripts, etc. While we are hoping for a lovely website, I will be financing this myself and I am retired and unable to afford an extremely expensive build. This website is for us a labor of love. Two of my classmates and I will work with a developer.
