Hi I need a writer who is efficient in terms of cost and time who has experience dealing with writing design/art directions for designing websites and etc. You will need to chat with me and come up with a well structure, well understood write up for a designer/coder to understand clearly on what to do. You will need to come up with a total solution with words/visual presentation on what I want the designer/coder to do so that I explain what I want with clear communication. Last, you will need to come up with a form/presentation etc for me to easily direct the designer/coder and etc that I hire. LOW RATE ONLY. (10-20 CAD!)
