Need shopify guru to manually populate categories from zen cart to shopify w/ all correct products

I had all our products moved over from zen cart to shopify, but it seems it's not possible to csv the product categories over also. So what i need is someone to go through my categories on our original site, and create them on shopify. Then you must populate each category with the respective products so that it mimics the original site.
There are also some small changes we want to do to the site. Such as add the existing globe from the bottom of our zen cart to the shopify site, but still retain all the vistors counts and information. We have over 2million hits so we don't want to lose that info. Currently we can only set up a new one and not migrate the zen cart data filled one.
There are 1300 products to be populated into their correct category.
