New Template cover required URGENTLY2

I have a hosting template HOSTPAY which was provided by the server and need this new template we have had done put over the existing site This work is required urgently and I dont have time to do myself Our developer is not around today so can someone out there do this for me over this weekend at a sensible price i had chosen the first bid I had on this project yesterday as it was so urgent , but due to lack of communication with the chosen bid I have now cancelled that and posted this work again ! I have been unable to establish sending of files with the other provider please can you get this done for me before Monday thanks
