That means Say if a customer / Customer group has chosen a Travel & Tour Package from ABC Co Ltd. And withing the package area wise ABC Ltd may have outsourced the site visit to 3 Site Visit companies. Eg: One can be XY1 Co. Ltd., XY2 Co. Ltd, f. The Site visit taken care by XY1. Co. Ltd shall take care the transportation , Hotel, Site visit Ticket payments shall be taken care by XY1. Co itself. The details of facilities schedule for XY1. Ltd should be able to track inclusive of payments. While the Site Visit the add/less on CHARGES accounted due to add on services, or cut down of permitted removals, These Add / Less Services Cost shall also be listed along with the Site Seeing / Tour package Co. Eg XY1. Co. Ltd. . From one Site Visit Tour package , to another package, if any gap is there, it shall be taken care directly by ABC Co. Ltd, may be via a Virtual Site Seeing Company of ABC Co. Ltd, can named XY0 Co. Ltd. ==> This may be just for convenience. g. So the entities of services availed by Customer from ABC. Co. Ltd shall be g1. Visa Charges [V1. Co. Ltd. ] g2. Flight Ticket Charges [F1. Co. Ltd. ] g3. Hotel Charges [H1. Co. Ltd. ] g4. Site Seeing / Tour Package [S1. Co. Ltd.] [An sub list view/ printing shall be available] g5. Travel & Tour Company's management & charges h. Travel Package Search & Show Package Details - CUSTOMER Enquiry While a customer calls, emails , for interacts via web site, ABC Co. Ltd. staff should be able to search,identify & tune the contents of Travel & Tours, manage inclusive s and removals from the standards schemes available, based on the permitted add on inclusive s and removals. While this Customer Enquiry, all the facilities / and sub facilities shall are eligible to get viewed in point of a customer, should be displayed, at the moment, the remaining detailed info shall be provided once the Travel Company [ABC Co. Ltd] map the customer with the various allocations. Ltd may update the details of other service providers via their web site manually as well. So the initial Customer Search Screen should be able to share to Public, without any login, by just tagging their email and / or phone. and/ or address. NB: While the transactions reflecting Accounting Books values and details stored at Travel Company Database , and the Accounting transactions should be separately pushed to our accounting web service, So Accounting tables need not be handled and managed, just push values to the accounting web service.
