Prize amount increased: Job Portal Project needs Website Homepage and 2 Additional Site Pages re-designed

The task and what you are bidding for:

Part 1:

The homepage of the following website needs to be re-designed to look more professional, clean and bold. As a preview, we provided the attached design which provides the layout we are looking for, and the kind of look we are looking to achieve. Please do not be restricted by what we've provided you - this is merely a guideline so you can get on with the design aspect more, rather than content!

If the screen shots need padding out, please feel free to provide some designs. We do like emphasis being on the search facility, but don't think this has to be the main feature of the page? we can use banners, and other catchy features?. Please explore!

Part 2:

Next if you login as a recruiter and head over to the Applications screen (this can be selected from the menu) you will notice the menu headers are different. We'd like this screen to flow nicely from the main page - the professionalism must be maintained, you can play around with the colours to perhaps identify this is a recruiter page, but we want visitors/users to be accustomed to the design of the page, know where things are, and not make this page too dissimilar from the main page in Part 1.

Part 3:

Lastly, if you login as a jobseeker and head over to the Applications screen (this can be selected from the menu) you will notice the menu headers here are also different. Like Part 2, we want similar thoughts to be applied here. We want the page to identify clearly whether you're a Jobseeker or a Recruiter.
