Redevelop Front Page Template

The client wants us to redesign and redevelop the home page of their site. So we'll be drafting a new psd. We need you to go in and redevelop just the home page and not the subpage template. Here's the catch, the theme is in the Divi Wordpress Theme ([login to view URL]) and not in a default or bare bones theme. So, I first need to know what are our limitations if there are any so our designer knows what he can do without it causing too much work for you. I need some initial time for you to look in the CMS and see if it's going to be a pain to change. If that looks goods I need you to make the changes after our designer completes his work.
