Spanish version of my website, shopping cart, SEO

Hi! Our webstie is currently published in English, and we need the Spanish version. This means not only translating the text to Spanish, but publishing it in our site. Our website was built with Weebly, so you should know how to work with the platform. Since we udptade and add content constantly, once you finish your job we should be able to modify the text, and add to it as needed on our own. Before making a proposal, please check our website first and make sure you can be in charge of the text translation and of programming to publish the Spanish version maintaining the pictures and layout: www.neotropicalecuador.com. We actually have some of the texts for the tours we offer already in Spanish, so this part of the job consists most importantly in the programming of the website, but also includes part of the translation to Spanish. You will find that we operate a tour agency and we also have a store for outdoor gear. Regarding the store, we are in the process of adding an online payment option, for which we need to incorporate a registry form, acceptance of terms and conditions, etc. And the third portion of the project includes SEO work. We currently have parameters that work well, but there is always room for improvement. We require that the person in charge of this project is fluent in Spanish and English.
