I need someone to immediately start writing html & css based off of a pdf presentation of the web design. If you can understand the below partial description of the project and have an idea of how to do it fast, please bid.

Based off of the PDF, the page would probably best be broken into several self-contained div elements, each designed as if being a single responsive no-scrolling-required full page. I could then use JS to show/hide the various divs by sliding them in/out of view, or having them fade in/out in the case of some of the modals. I'd only need the HTML and CSS as described below; any sort of interactions that would require JavaScript would fall on me to implement.
