Change Speedometer chart Gauge needle color based on range using VBA / macro code

Hello all, I need a quick solution for speedometer gauge chart in Excel 2007/ 10, with a small macro or vb script, to change the speedometer gauge needle color based on pointer range value. PLEASE GO THRU THE FILE ATTACHED, THEN BID. Don't waste our time if you do not know what needs to be done, I am open to any questions you may have. Please see the color range in Ranges column.
