Live totepool data into Excel

I require an app that will be able to extract the live totepool data from the live pools at [url removed, login to view]

and feed it into an Excel worksheet in a specified way. The app will need a menu to choose the specific pool and once chosen the data will be sent to the relevant Excel worksheet and update as the pool data changes.

The totepools are presented from the site above in a separate java window and I cannot use a normal web query.
