## **We need a small program developed in C# (VS2010) that loads in Systray and looks for a certain JPG in a certain directory (at configured intervals) and shows to the user.
1) The application checks the language of the operating system.
2) The application checks a directory (configured in [login to view URL]) and look for a file certain file ([login to view URL]) with the language suffix.
For example, if the file name configured in appconfig is IMAGE, and the language is US English, it should look for a file called IMAGE_ENUS.JPG.
All the strings must be located in Resource files so that we can localize it.
3) If the file changed since it has been checked last time, the application should show the new JPG, opening a sliding windows in the right bottom corner (important that the interface is as cool a possible, with animations and everything.)
3.1) the image will be displayed for "x" seconds and close ([login to view URL])
3.1.1) if the user clicks OK, it closes immediatelly and the application will assume that the user aknowledged that "version" of the JPG
3.1.2) If the user does not click, the system assumes that the user did not ACK it and it will display the same image again in "y" seconds ([login to view URL])
iIn summary, the application is just a systray application that shows a JPG, using the collest sliding animation possible, until the user aknowledges that it has read it (clicking on it) or when the images (source changes)
NOTE: I am assuming that showing a JPG is viable. If I am wrong, please, let me know what the options are and I change the specs.

C# .NET (.net Framework 3.5 SP1) and Visual Studio 2010
A fully setup to install the utility is part of the requirements.
