Little Handy Quote & WYSIWYG HTML Desktop Software - SIMPLE

Dear Magic Coder, I need a software that runs in Windows XP/Vista/7, 32 & 64 bit OS. This would be a quite easy software, I want to keep it simple to use and I should be able to add more features in the future (source code should be included). It should be able to run without any installer, just run the exe from a USB stick, a harddrive folder etc. (like "portable" softwares) The software consists of two sections: **Section 1**:** Load quotes from a text file /csv file. ** Each quote have three three or four columns. Select one quote and be able to copy the quote cell value to the clipboard. **Section 2**:** ** **This is a very simple WYSIWYG / HTML editor.** (You know similar to the NVU/Kompozer Html editor) Either a) Create a new document b) Open a text or html document The edited document should be able to save (same file name or a save as option) The editor should be able to view the html source and copy the content to the clipboard. Anyone?
