If I understood correctly, your software has the FastReport designer integrated into it and it should be used to create reports associated with the software. Hi I am not only keen on this job, but also am interested in long-tern relations. I have a team of experienced Delphi devs (worked with versions 7-10), and we have been working with FastReport for quite a while (versions 3-5). We have worked with Enterprise edition (used FastScript and executed queries/dialogues directly in reports) and Embarcadero Edition (layouts only). The exact price will depend on complexity of the reports. The job could span from 1hr to a couple of days.
