Outlook 2003 VB 2010 Addin

I would like an Outlook 2003 Addin (Shared Addin) using Visual Basic 2010 which will intercept email messages when opened in Outlook by the user. It will then select text from a specified list in the addin for the whole paragraph and will instead insert "Text Replaced" where the text was removed. The removed text will then be attached to the email message as a text attachment called "[login to view URL]". If there is already a [login to view URL] file no further action is required on the message. The specified list will be an array and the addin will be required to loop through the list of possible text entries: ie, "This email contains adult", or "Adult material included", or "Free software attached".
