Customization of DOKAN plugin with Storepep Pluggin for Charging Vendor for Shipping Labels instead of Site Admin -- 2

Pluggin Hives aka Storepep has a dokan integration with two options: Option 1: Site admins account charged for each shipping label generated: Site admins account will be set at store pep level for each carrier we decide to offer. Option 2: Sellers: sellers account of each carrier charged for each label they generate for example if they want to print fedex, they will need their own fedex account number to add to the Dokan dashboard and when they print label using fedex, their own fedex account will be charged. Issues: 1. If we allow option 1 on our website, issue will be that sellers will print labels on our site and this will cause our account to be charged and in case there is a returns of product it would sometimes be impossible to get the shipping fee back from the seller, cause the seller never paid for the shipping, it was us that paid for the shipping and the seller might just not accept this given the condition and types of sellers in India. a. Solution: The solution we would need is that when a seller prints the label from our account, their razorpay account on file will simultaneously be charged at the same time so that the money is getting debited from their account even though our account will be charged by the carrier. But this will be safe since we will also charge the seller from their razorpay account at the same time. So it would equal out. And if the razorpay account of the seller is not getting charged the seller must not be able to print the label. 2. Option 2 is not an option cause all the sellers we are onboarding mentioned that they don’t have any fedex or ups or bluedart account in India, they rely on the shipping capabilities of the multivendor such as amazon, and others…. So this would just not be an option we can offer. So the main thing is charging the seller for each shipping label they print and only then they can buy the shipping from our dashboard.
