Create Macro to Update some fields in Word

Hello there! I would like to have one button in this word file that ran a macro which would UPDATE ALL FILES in the "%" Collums, This button must not appear in the printed version of the document. The code I used would simply erase the content of every other field, so it didnt work (find it below). I have kept the main file, this is a copy. The freelancer who wins will have to not only develops the new code but also share it so I can insert it myself by sending a written tutorial.
