166619 Custom WP plugin needed

Here is what I am looking for:

Not sure if you can just go into a off the shelf plugin and customize it. There are two that I would like to be able to customize or remake in order to do what I want.

sidebar widgets and wp-table

The first is great to edits the sidebars but I want it to also edit the post area.

The second plugin I really have not learned how to add the tables to the blog I took a quick look and it seams to create tables. This is good to be able to add tables to the post area. I can then be able to add plugins to the post area like text box so I can add html. I would like it to be as easy to use as sidebar widgets plugin.
