Jigoshop + Intuit gateway (Quickbooks) Integration

Please read this carefully and apply only if you are 100% confident of getting this done. I have a wordpress demo store setup where i have installed jigoshop and also installed Quickbooks (Intuit) Payment Gateway for Jigoshop. I already have intuit developer account and have created and set the connection ticket in jigoshop. So overall everything is done but it is not working for some reason. I want you to give me step by step instructions to make this integration work. Please keep in mind that i will make the payment only when the integration is tested and working in the production mode. No advance payments will be given and no payments for work not done or work half done as it is already half done. Prior experience is a must, if you can send me a url of the site where u have implemented this before, ur chances of getting the job will increase. Please note, i will not pass on the login credentials, u have to give me instructions of what needs to be done, i need this done in next few hours.
