Fixes to wordpress blog needed

I need some fixes to my blog. My blog is- [login to view URL]
One of the fixes i need is the home page is the next page button should be at the bottom of the page, at the moment it is showing at the right hand side.
Secondly, the twitter tools program on the blog seem to be broke. It is set up so that if i was to post a tweet on twitter it would automatically post on my blog and vice versa. It does not allow this anymore.
Thirdly the twitter tools plugin says- Sorry, login failed. Error message from Twitter: This method requires authentication. So i cannot sync the twitter account to my blog. This needs to be fixed.
