Add blog page to existing Wordpress website

A very small & simple project, just putting it out as I want it done well & would rather devote my time to other things.

I want to add a page where I can add my own articles (essentially a blog page). I need some fixed text at the top & then blog entries listed in a clear format below. The page must fit in with the rest of the site. I also need a registration pluggin added so people can register for the articles only & automatically have them emailed when published . Also require the Simple Share Pluggin - or something similar/better to allow readers to share articles across social media platforms.
No options for readers to add comments please.
