Customize pick list structure in Woocommerce

In Woocommerce we have a plugin that can generate a pick list for order packing. The products are displayed per category by default and in random order. We need to make the pick list sort by certain tags attached to products in order Tag A, Tag B, Tag C so that categories are sorted in this order.
