Fix (2) Contact 7 forms on Wordpress site

Morning! I am an experienced Wordpress developer with extensive experience working with ContactForm7, almost on all of my projects! I would love to fix this for you, right now! Shall we discuss further? ---- Update ---- I just checked the form, it seems the form is showing black text and is also giving success message? can you clarify what you meant? is it only not delivering?

to convert text to black i have to write css. not delivering to correct address does it means that they are delivering but on alternative email. i can set correct address there but if they are not delivering need to add a plugin might need hosting settings to do it i am ready to start now
