Fix wordpress and make it superfast

Need help. My wordpress is running incredibly slow in admin and sometimes it goes 404 or 500 internal server error. Frontend loading is slow when I visit the domain too but once the site starts loading, it opens that page fast. But after that, when I click a link on that page, again it is slow.
Need help fixing it and making it fast.
