obviously your Javascript didn't load properly which is supposed to contain and load the object (not defined one) in your browser. Can you provide which external js, is it jquery based, if so which version etc. There is a hierarchy among (known as dependencies you have to resolve), so ultimately you get all objects loaded on the browser.
