Z-index and drop-down menu problem in Wordpress

I have a Wordpress site using a menu in a widget. It has a drop-down and the drop-downs show up behind the row below.
So I need the following fixed: drop-down to the front of the row below, and center the menu.
The site also uses Visual Composer, so familiarity with that would be good, but not necessary. The theme I'm using uses SASS. The nav you can find in [login to view URL] under "FRONT PAGE MENU". You'll need to compile it offline and upload the compiled CSS. I'll need the fixed _nav.scss.
I'll provide FTP. You probably won't need more than that. Please put SASS in your bid so I know you read the project. I've attached the URL in a text file.
