need plugin adapted from existing theme functionality

I am looking for someone who can isolate the menu card functionality of this theme: [login to view URL] and create that custom post type and create this functionality as a plain I can use with any theme. The functionality is all there, I do not need changes, however I would like to use this function with other themes. It would be nice to have a the menu card be a custom page template similar to the way it works within the theme but even more ideal would be the ability to place the menu card anywhere on the site with a short code like [menucard] The theme is attached. I am hoping to get this done inexpensively since all the groundwork is there I just need it adapted to a plugin solution.
