The website is to hire tutors for teaching music and languages. The main feature I use the most is the search function and help me categorize teachers with specific details, such as Mandarin teacher, female, hourly rate….
But I have experience that tutors are not willing to register to the website and not willing to upload photos. They may think the website will automatically share their personal information.
When I manually send a registration form (excel) via email and they are very positive and send to me immediately.
So, I would like to create a form as an online registration form with the same details as in the existing registration details. Once the tutor saved and sent, the information will be automatically updated and therefore, I could be able to search for tutors by using the search features in the website for internal use and I may send the link to clients (students) who pay to login.
