woocommerce plugin customization

VERY VERY SIMPLE AND FAST PROJECT what we need is basically customization of paypal plugin for woocommerce customer adds stuff to his cart when they checkout they go to paypal instead of paypal I want a simulated paypal to simulate paypal i was thinking a simple input text box if you enter to corect code you will pay the hosted page needs to redirect the woocommerce , when it redirects the webhook will say cart empty ..etc ,So the hosted page does two things redirects and also sends post params back to the ipn url. U have to show me functionality like this and u can verify my standing in freelancer I am a premium buyer here I shall pay once u deliver and complete the work. No advance Milestone.
