Flash and XML Shopping Cart

I need a XML-based shopping cart with elements taken from [url removed, login to view] and prada.com.

My company sells women's boots. I want my website to look similar to [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view], but only like their women's boots section. So my website will be a lot smaller than either of those websites.

I need a template customized the way I want that has elements of [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view], and have a similar menu to theirs. I will be doing all the graphic design work, but I want a template that I can edit and play with to make the website the way I like. If you look at those websites, they are XML based, and I want mine in XML too.

I also need a fully functional shopping cart in flash and xml that works with authorize.net. Shopping cart must also be similar in appearance to [url removed, login to view] and prada.com.
