Flashden template needs some changes in the AS

I bought this: [url removed, login to view] template, but it does not meet my requirements. The changes/ add ons I need are:
1. In the projects module, when u go in a project a lightbox when you click on the picture.
2. As you can see it is only possible to have a project tile and when you click on it you go in the project. I have categories so I would like one extra layer. Like "projects -> categories -> project tiles -> inside project" in staid of "projects -> project tiles -> inside project". It would be nice to make the tiles in categories the same as in projects.
If you think you can do it within a week react on this project.
