theme for phpfox

I want a good designer to make me a clone of this theme ([login to view URL]) of phpfox 1.6.

I want some chnages to the layout to rearrange the page so it doesn't look like phpfox. Also i want the my account page navigation to be rearranged also. please only bid if you can do it. Also i don't want any bugs. I will test the theme to make sure is how i like it before i make or release payment.
