Website development for inspection site

Hi, Project description: The website will be a product inspection / audit website (site selling services), that will serve clients online, the website will be primarily used for clients to access and obtain information, news, SEO optimization and advertising using keywords. Main Function: Act as a selling point to client (landing page) Would like to include flash (depending on prices and speeds) Desired Requirements I am looking for a website that will include features: SEO friendly Client can track and download online reports or check progress. (optional)Newsletter opt in function (optional) Client registration and login function (optional) back-end admin management system (similar to Magneto) The features are very similar to Magneto, I have worked with Magneto in the past and this system matched my requirements, I don't know if magneto can be used and customized for my purposes or not.
