Zen Cart template customization and CANPAR module

I need Zen Cart template modification to match a specific (simple, clean) look/feel and function of an e-commerce site.

The design is complete. There is a mock up (partly functioning web site built in site spinner) that I can upload for you to have a look at in order to submit a bid.

You will be provided with images needed for the job (header, logo, side-bar, background etc... ). It should not take much time for a pro to do this and I am looking for a QUICK completion.

I might also need assistance with integration of the CanPar shipping module. Please quote on that separately.

I should mention that the Zen cart is uploaded into domain and partly loaded with product images, but since this was done for test purpose, I am open to suggestions on faster and more economical solutions as long as it includes options for CanPar shipping module.
