We wish to start using Zoho as the company’s CRM solution and we would like to receive proposals for performing the following tasks:
Salesforce migration - leads, contacts, Accounts and maybe Potentials. Total few hundreds of entries.
Update the Potentials' stages list to reflect the company’s actual process.
Stages can be changed manually or by a trigger received by email or webhook (see webhooks section)
Add leads / contacts received by email with the details from our system.
Automatic delete all emails that the from, to or cc address does not belong to one of the existing customers (email should be linked to a lead/contact or deleted).
Webhook will be received from our system with the following details: account name and event string.
Received webhooks should be stored as notes in the relevant lead/contact/account (based on the account name provided in the webhook).
The following webhooks should be supported:
Customer entered the system - if potential stage is ‘account created’, change stage to ‘account used’
Customer performed activity in the system - just add a note
