Successive roll-out of top-down change management approach to increase safety standards and employee performance through a combination of facilitated workshops and 1 on 1 coaching sessions with participants. - Brand Experience Strategy for SaaS startup Actively guiding a small business' strategic transition from a 'mom-and-pop-shop' into the global marketplace, repositioning their product offering along global competitors where it belongs.
