Salt Bar to Hotel
This project required several surveys but original drawings were from point cloud. The original scope off work was to produce plans and obtain planning and building control consents, for change off use from a Bar with it's accommodation/kitchen and other offices which were available to a bespoke Hotel. In due course further office space a shop and other commercial space within the building became available and this was also turned into hotel rooms with required planning and building control consents.

I have over 30 years construction experience in both Mechanical & Civil Engineering disciplines. I started on a traditional drawing board and now use both Auto CAD and Revit programs. For past 20 years I had a successful Achitectural Services company, I specailise providing plans & building specifications for Dwelling, extension, loft conversions and commercial buildings. I also provide structural calculations for simply supported beams in steel, timber or glulam, within buildings.
