I was calling Patients regarding their Medical bills and any information if needed in regards to patient demographics or insurance. Resolving problems, talking to Patients regarding their Medical billing concerns answering the queries on the Spot were my responsibilities and taking payments making records of the payments reporting to the Doctor office on daily basis the summary report of all the Transactions.
