I am currently working as an Accounts Payable Team Manager at Shell Shared Services Asia BV handling Asia accounts but currently looking for a part-time remote job. - Working on a Shared Services company has trained me on how to become efficient with a continuous improvement mindset. We study our processes and suggest enhancements or changes to make it more simple, effective and time saving. Once a process is improved and have saved time, we can execute more tasks than what is expected of us. - Working on a Shared Services also has thought me on how to be accurate yet productive in everything we do especially on my role because I handle critical tasks like payment run execution and releasing payment instructions to the bank. - I have learned on how to manage time well, process tasks with speed and no errors before the cut off time. I have been able to practice resiliency despite of fast paced work environment with tight deadlines and numerous payment related issues. - Being in Accounts Payable for 15 years has skilled me on how to resolve issues, investigate and analyze problems to come up with permanent resolutions and troubleshoot errors. - I have a good expertise in using MS Applications. - I am already a certified SAP Super User and have experience in handling more that 3 SAP ERP's (Legacy, GSAP, Blueprint and SERP). - I have already gained leadership and stakeholder management skills. - I have already gained Process Improvement and Change management skills and currently going for Continuous Improvement Practitioner certification. - I am a hard working person who complains less. Challenge motivates me, the more challenging a job is, the more I am motivated to do my work better.
