One year contract. • Supporting the Coca-Cola Enterprises VP Shared Services and Project Management Team to set up the Coca-Cola Enterprises Shared Service Centre (SSC) and to drive the effective migration and process re design of in-scope procurement and payments processes into the Centre or to the Outsourced Provider based on SAP platform. BU in scope of the transition project – GB, Benelux, Sweden, France, Norway . 26 000 active vendors in total. • Governance of the Outsourced Partner / CapGemini/ having services hubs located in Poland and India. Set up and monitoring of performance criteria / KPIs/ and SOW ( Statement of Work) review. • Recruiting the Shared Service Center Team, team coaching and talent development. Managing directly and indirectly 100+ people split between Shared Service Center, Outsourced Partner Organization and Retained Organizations • Involvement in vendor selection, definition of payment terms, cash flow forecasting and implementation of various projects across all CCE territories- Corporate Credit Card and Pcard Project, T&E system ( SAP Cloud for Travel), vendor credit financing project jointly with Citibank, Working Capital Optimization Project and integration with SAP. • Strategic projects coordination interacting with various departments and functions within CCE – finance teams, RTR, Supply Chain, IT, Plant Controllers, OTC, etc. • Accountable for payments flow of EUR 300+ million on a monthly basis and P&L budget of EUR 40 million
