Project Based Contracts We assign a Project Manager and he chooses the team members that best suit client requirements. Project manager is responsible for constant communication with clients and posting the frequent updates. This model is best suited with the Buyers / Employers who have less frequent work 2. Hourly Based Contracts a. Working locally and posting the total hours per resource b. Working on Remote computers installed in client premises using solutions like [login to view URL] which automatically calculate hours as well as client can keep check on our work and progress. 3. Job Based Contracts We commit fix hours per week (e.g. 40 hours or so) and set a Monthly Salary per resource. This model is best suited for the Buyers / Employers who have a huge amount of work.
