PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia is food and beverage company. It's manufactures sauces (soy and tomato) ABC, juices ABC, syrups ABC and sardines ABC. The company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. P.T. Heinz ABC Indonesia operates as a subsidiary of H. J. Heinz Company. This company is multinational company, has 110 company in the world. PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia - Pasuruan Plan has 350 employees. My job description is : - Reporting to Engineering Manager. - Responsible about engineering utility sub section, it's power room (coal boiler, gas boiler, compressor, generator, electrical panel), forklift, building maintenance, construction and projects. - Supervise and make sure that utility sub section, can supports to other department as required. Make sure utility equipment can running well. - Supervise and make sure that target of utility (Key Performance Indicator / KPI of utility) can reach as required. It's KPI of energy usage, works order, and project. - Supervise and make sure that no breakdown on production department that cause by utility equipment. - Make maintenance schedule for all utility equipment and all building and supervise and make sure that schedule can be realize as planning. - Supervise, coordinator and planning (scheduling) about all projects on plant, as new line, modification line, refurbish and other projects. With target schedule of projects is 100% on time ( Key Performance Indicator / KPI of projects ). Start from design and calculation, quotation, approval, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and running. Include coordinator with vendor (contractor) and supplier. - Make sure no finding (minor and major finding) about any audit (internal and external audit) that relate with utility sub section, it's QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process), Proper Audit, 5S audit, Halal Audit. - Must be realize at least two project CRV (Cost Reduction Program) every year on utility sub section. - Personal supervise to 2 junior supervisor and 20 technician and operative.
