• Over 8 years of experience in Analysis, Software Testing of Client-Server with understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and VOIP Technology. • Experience in Product Testing (CMS, Trellis and IBPM) • Experience in deployment of MCM versions in multi tier environment e.g. QA, Pre-production and Live–Production servers. • Experienced in deployment of MCM product on AWS – Cloud. • Working on Onshore in creating communications through project board and prioritize tasks for team members. • Knowledge of software testing methodologies – Agile and Waterfall. • Extensive hands-on experience in creating detailed Test Plans, Test requirements, Test Strategies and generating/executing Test Scripts and Cases to meet business and functional specifications. • Well versed in analyzing results and deviations, Bug reporting, Tracking and detailed status reporting for superiors.
