I have been working in Human Resource field for 13 years of solid experience. I am currently working as an HR and Administration Manager for 4 years now. At first, I was able to work from the bottom HR position as clerk. Learned and gained experience in Recruitment until promoted to HR Staff. As HR staff, I was exposed to other HR facets such as timekeeping, training and employee relations. Due to a good feedback in my performance result, I was again given a 2nd promotion as HR Junior Supervisor. New learnings and exposure like compensation and benefits, general affairs, administration, and legal. From this got promoted to HR Supervisor. Now the work covers tutoring, guidance, teaching, supervise and manpower handling. The management appreciated and satisfied by my work performance and attitude so I got a promotion to HR and Administration Senior Supervisor. And now the current position is HR and Administration Manager.
