I've been working at customer service for 5 years now and continue to do so. I believe that the key to good customer service lies in patience and good communication, so I try to use active listening, empathy, information organization, and research in order to help my customers with any issues.
I like to believe that I'm a fast learner, always positive and focused. I look forward to finding new projects to help and learn from and appreciate all experiences and challenges that may come my way: I will not let anything stand between any goals set by my employer and will do my utmost to complete the job to the best of my ability.
