As native and bilingual speaker of both Dutch and English (with the emphasis on translating from Dutch into English) I have translated now for nearly 30 years. With a diverse experience ranging from small articles and how-to manuals to full length novels, software manuals and (medical) transcriptions, the emphasis has been predominantly on technical, medical, legal and automotive work. In translating texts, my forté lies in the fact that most of my work actually does not read as a translation.
