I graduated in the field of management accounting. Worked for two companies as a part-time accounting staff while I was still at the university. Was a Finance and Administrative Assistant for a non-government agency and was responsible for recording expenses to QuickBooks, making sure we are within the budget, and coordinating the project.
After I graduated, I worked in the BPO industry as a chat customer service and became a Team Lead. I was also a chat technical rep where I had to handle 5-8 chats at the same time and remotely access customers' computers to help fix issues.
I then started working remotely. I became a virtual assistant. I mostly handled accounting tasks, reply to emails, managed inventory, created invoices, managed orders in Shopify, researched for qualified IG influencers, and collaborated with them.
I also worked in an e-commerce company where I had to respond to 5 chats simultaneously regarding order status and product questions and do some FB moderation.
I have excellent knowledge about dropshipping and I was also a researcher for a small real estate company, I helped the client look for good pockets of land to buy and sell. I also helped the client in creating some Ad copies for the website, IG, and FB.
